Samara is a sound and energy therapist (Dorian Centre for the Healing Arts, EFT International, BA Psychology), classical soprano and voice instructor (MMus, BMus), and poet who is passionate about helping others reach their true potential for greater joy and self-expression, to heal from physical and emotional distress, and to feel comfortable and grounded in themselves, their bodies, their relationships, and in the world.

Energy Therapy
For addressing many different types of physical or emotional issues by way of the body's energy/vascular systems, energy therapy approaches are flexible and highly individualized to your needs. Book either a single energy therapy session, or a package with Samara. 1-on-1 sessions available, online or in-person.
“I met Samara in the context of her voice studio, but with time my condition worsened, and Samara’s care and worry for me prompted her to introduce me to EFT. Each session with Samara helped to unveil a clear path for me while relieving the paralysis of guilt, shame, pain, etc. Samara also introduced me to toning, which has an immediate resetting and re-centering effect, so powerful that you notice it on the spot and the effects can even last for days. (In the case of one group toning session, it cleared the impacts of stress on my body overnight.)
